Conducting the critical path analysis of each style based on pilot run report with floor QA’s/ Production Heads/Merchandisers in the Pre-production review meeting before commencing the bulk/actual production.
Ensuring that the goods produced are meeting the safety requirements like wash testing’s &
Physical requirements ,Needle replacement procedures , Broken Needle Control requirement

Metal detection requirements ,Small parts requirements like poppers, studs, zippers,

Dungaree clasp, Slider, Belt Fastenings, Buttons, Appliqués’, Bows, & Rosettes, Toggles, Decorative labels, Printing & Embroidery requirements, Children wear risk assessment & also Heat transfer diamante ,stud requirements.

Responsible for conducting various Inward Inspections on all the Raw materials (4point inspection system for fabric) and accessories / Trims (Random Inspection for thread / Buttons / poppers, etc.) and assuring only the right quality goods are allowed for next process of manufacturing.
Reviewing the very first of production samples against the buyer approval samples and ensuring that all the quality and garment testing requirements are incorporated.
Responsible for conducting In-line inspection in each stage of assembling and making of garment. Finding the possible way of reducing the % of rework and rejection by fine-tuning the critical operations on daily basis.
Responsible for conducting Mid Inspection on sewing garments for ironing and packing and ensuring prefinal audit as per customer AQL is conducted prior to final inspection offer the goods.
Coordinating with Customer QC from initial in section to final inspection.
Preparing all Quality evaluation and performance report start from samples to final audit in customer wise and the same submit to management.
