9. Daily Measurement Report preparation.
10. Pattern Review, Amendment problem solving also Technical knowledge
11. Co-Ordination of All compliance audit .

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handling a team of 650 members who are having handful experience in Production and Quality systems & standards.
2. Exception Handling and periodical review of Inspection reports using effective production and quality tools.
3. Decision making authority and responsible for the decisions to accept or reject the samples.
4. Preparing the quality processes and standards as per the system on quality aspects to meet the requirements.
5. Responsible for the requalification of rejection of samples which does not meet customer requirements.
6. Preparing the corrective and preventive actions and procedures on the rejections to avoid rework in future.
7. Preparing Monthly MIS reports.
8. Co-ordination with team for achieving the continual improvement of quality systems within the company.
9. Responsible for the preparation of QAP based on buyer and to meet customer’s requirement based on buyer’s direction.
10. Coordination between suppliers, customer / buyer house for technical confirmation if required. & out source suppliers units follow up
