Nature of Works carried:
- To follow the order file Fabric CAD program /Fabric quality aprvd swatch / buyer approved sample / Trims approved card .
- To check all the fabric quality standard as per the buyer requirements
- To co-ordinate with buying QA for size set / Inline / Mid / Pre final & Final Approvals
- To follow the new development sample as per the buyer requirement
- To follow the PP and shipment sample as per the buyer standard
- To conduct the Pre final inspection as per the AQL standard before offering the final inspection.
- Both verbal and e-mail communication with Merchandiser and buying agencies.
- Arrangements and attending meetings with Merchandiser and buying agencies.
- Co-ordination with Purchase & fabric departments to procure the accessories and fabric on time.
- Co-ordination with Production and shipping departments to effect the shipment on time.
- To follow internal T&A with ensuring timely execution of all handling orders.
- Delegation of authorities & responsibilities to the subordinates (Merchandisers/ QA Dept ).
- To solve production problems, quality issues as when and where arises in factor.
- Placing orders with supplier units managing with help of team and getting on time delivery with quality.
