By accessing Blogspud (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

“Platform”: Blogspud website/app for Tirupur classifieds.
“User”: Anyone accessing Blogspud.
“Content”: Ads, text, images posted by Users.

3. Eligibility

Not represent competitors or scrapers.

4. Your Obligations

6. Transactions & Liability

Blogspud is NOT involved in:

Negotiations, payments, or delivery.
Verifying item quality or user identity.
Disputes between Users (use caution).

7. Content Ownership

You retain rights to your Content.
By posting, you grant Blogspud a non-exclusive license to display it.

8. Account Suspension/Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

Violating these Terms.
Illegal activity.
Platform abuse (e.g., spamming).

9. Disclaimers

Blogspud provides the Platform “as is” without warranties for:

Content accuracy or completeness.
Uninterrupted service (downtime may occur).
User conduct or transaction outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Blogspud shall not be liable for:

Indirect/direct damages from Platform use.
Losses from scams or misrepresentation.
Third-party actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
