As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing HR functions for the company. Your responsibilities will include employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, benefits administration, and HR record keeping. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of HR best practices in the service industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
– Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
– Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for various positions.
– Conduct training sessions to enhance customer service skills and professional development.
– Support performance management programs and recognition initiatives.
– Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
– Maintain accurate employee records and data confidentiality.
– Stay updated on HR trends in the service industry and implement relevant strategies.
– Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
– Prepare HR reports and metrics.
– Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed university.
– 2-3 years of HR Generalist or similar experience in the service industry.
– Knowledge of HR best practices in a fast-paced service environment.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Multilingual).
– Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in HRIS and HR software.
– Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a service-oriented culture.
