Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Executive with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong understanding of ESI and PF regulations and procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant software.
8. Updated knowledge of labor laws and industry trends.
