HR Executive (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
– Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
– Handle employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
– Organize and coordinate training and development programs.
– Support HR initiatives and contribute to the improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications:
– 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role.
– Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
