Requirements:
– Experience: Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
– Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
– Technical Knowledge: Understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
– Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
Salary:
– Competitive salary range: 25,000 – 30,000.
