Job Description

– Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the recruitment process and facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees.

– Employee Relations: Manage and foster positive employee relations within the organization.

– Policy Implementation: Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.

– Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes.

Requirements

– Experience: Previous HR experience preferred.

– Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently.

– Team Player: Collaborate effectively with various departments.

Compensation

– Salary Range: 18,000 – 22,000.
