Job Description:
As an HR Assistant, you will:
– Work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
– Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
– Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
– Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
– Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
– Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
– Support various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
