Lead and manage electrical maintenance and operations for a manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient electrical systems and equipment.
Qualification
Diploma or B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Experience
5–10 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and plant operations, preferably in textile or manufacturing environments.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, PLCs, MCCs, and distribution networks.
Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Team leadership and contractor management.
Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
Benefits: Statutory benefits as per company policy; other benefits to be discussed during interview.
