Role Summary

Lead and manage electrical maintenance and operations for a manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient electrical systems and equipment.

Qualification

• Diploma or B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Experience

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and plant operations, preferably in textile or manufacturing environments.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, PLCs, MCCs, and distribution networks.
• Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Team leadership and contractor management.
• Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
• Benefits: Statutory benefits as per company policy; other benefits to be discussed during interview.
